Shipping
Introduction
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom orders take 7-10 days to process and will be shipped within 2 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on order size. Be sure to monitor your email for order updates.

Domestic Shipping
VIPwear offers various shipping methods via Canada Post. Stadard shipping generally takes 2-8 business days, express shipping takes 2-4 business days.
International Shipping
Check with our store info@vipwear.ca for countries that we can and cannot ship to at this time.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VIPwear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

US – Across the Border Shipping Rates and Estimates
VIPwear offers International shipping via Canada Post & US affiliates. Standard International may take up to 8 business days, express international takes 2-4 business days

Local Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 24-2610 Maple Way NW, Edmonton, AB. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on time and day of pick up. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vipwear.ca with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Returns
Introduction
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To Start A Return
Contact us at info@vipwear.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 24-2610 Maple Way, Edmonton, AB T6T 2R1 Canada.
If your return is accepted, you will be notified by the email you have provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders (jewelry) or personalized items such as team logos, custom embroidery). Caps & toques due to hygiene issues. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
